iRig Stream Mic Pro offers IK's groundbreaking Loopback+, letting you not only add music from your phone or tablet to your recording or stream, but even route the mic signal into a separate app to add reverb, EQ or noise-reduction (like with the included MixBox CS for iPhone/iPad) before sending to a second app like Instagram or Tiktok. Simple, live-optimized controls
All the features are controlled via a single, intuitive and live-optimized control knob, so it's easy to tweak on the fly without taking your eyes off the camera. Click through each setting quickly to make adjustments, and even hold down to mute if you need to cough or sneeze. And easy-to-see LED level indicators mean you're not tied down by headphones if you want to record at a distance.
Stereo or multichannel? You get both!
iRig Stream Mic Pro offers 2 modes: stereo or multichannel. By default, it operates in stereo mode and pre-mixes multiple sources of audio - line stereo inputs (+ Loopback) and mic capsules - down to a stereo track, which is sent to your choice of streaming apps like Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, etc.
Switching to multichannel mode, the two capsules are routed to channels 3 and 4 respectively giving you 4 channels of audio to send to recording apps such as GarageBand or your favorite DAW.

Gentle Gentle Magnesium That Helped My Night Routine

I bought the Thorne Magnesium Glycinate Capsules (90 servings) for $25 because I wanted a magnesium supplement that could support relaxation and better sleep as part of my nightly routine.
I’ve been taking it for about a month and noticed I feel more relaxed in the evenings and wind down easier before bed. I also tend to get tension and poor sleep when I’m run down, so having magnesium in my routine has been helpful for overall balance.
The capsules are easy to swallow and very gentle on the stomach, which I appreciate because some magnesium supplements can cause digestive discomfort. Magnesium glycinate is also known for being one of the more absorbable and well-tolerated forms of magnesium.
