You need:
- 3.5mm + 2.5mm hook
- cotton with yardage 50g=125m (I used 160g size L)
- elastic thread
- crochet essentials (stitch markers, measuring tape, daring needle)
This piece took me around 14 hours to make. The shorts can be made longer!
You will have to do some basic calculations to get your measurements.
