Serab rugs are woven in the village of Serab and surrounding areas within the Heriz region, located in the northwest of Iran. This region is renowned for its long tradition of rug weaving. Antique Serab rugs typically feature bold geometric designs and large-scale motifs such as medallions, geometric patterns, and stylized floral elements. The designs are often characterized by their simplicity and rustic charm. Serab rugs are known for their rich, earthy colors, including shades of red, blue, ivory, green, and brown. These colors are achieved using natural dyes derived from plants, minerals, and insects. Antique Serab rugs are handwoven using high-quality wool sourced from local sheep. The wool is prized for its durability, luster, and natural resilience against stains and wear. Serab rugs are typically hand-knotted using the symmetrical Turkish or Ghiordes knot. This knotting technique results in a sturdy and durable rug with a thick pile. Antique Serab rugs come in various sizes, ranging from small area rugs to large room-sized carpets. They are most commonly rectangular or square in shape. Genuine antique Serab rugs can date back several decades or even centuries. Due to their age, craftsmanship, and scarcity, antique Serab rugs are highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts. Antique Serab rugs are valued for their durability, distinctive design, and historical significance. The value of these rugs can vary depending on factors such as age, condition, size, design complexity, and provenance. Proper care and maintenance are essential to preserve the beauty and integrity of antique Serab rugs. This includes regular vacuuming, rotating the rug to prevent uneven wear, and professional cleaning when necessary. So cute and dressy. Fit well and bought 1/2 size smaller than usual.
I usually wear sneakers and wanted shoes that were a bit dressier for going out for dinner with my husband. I usually wear a size 7 but bought these in a size 6 1/2 as recommended. I tried them on with bulky wool blend socks that I normally wear, and they fit perfectly. Since I intend to use these boots for dress, I didn't wear them for a long period of time, but found them to be comfortable, and the heal was not too high. The top of the boot is high enough, that it would still be covered by pant legs when you sit down. I also like that the zipper opening in the side made them very easy to get on and the zipper worked very well without sticking. I also like the stacked heal vs. a higher, thinner heal. Although I used to wear 3" spike heals when I was younger, I am now 77 years old, I am more comfortable and feel safer with a thicker heal. Overall, I very much like these ankle boots, and would recommend them.
I hope this review is helpful for you.

Amazing boots!
These boys are gorgeous visually, then when you put them on you can feel the cushioning inside. So comfortable! There is plenty of room in the width, I take a 7 and it for perfectly without being tight with sock on. Outside feels so soft to touch, can't believe quality for the price!

Comfortable and well made, but the white color is off
Size: 8, Color: Sand
I've owned the microsuede sand boots for over and year and they're very comfortable. I don't wear them a ton, just for a few hours here and there to church. But after a year they have no scratches or nicks,
they've held up well. I just ordered them in white. They are beautiful boots, but they're not a true white. They're more of an off white. Also - be aware - they are designed with little squares all over them that are hard to see in the pictures - you have to look at them in the 3D view to see them. I liked the pattern and the look of the boots, I just wasn't happy with the color. I'm so disappointed - I returned them.

Surprisingly wide enough
Size: 9, Color: Black
Was surprised that they're wide enough. Usually, shoes that say they're wide, aren't really wide. They're very cute and "hopefully" when I do wear them out, they'll continue to stay comfortable. I ordered both the Coffee Bean and Black, size 9. Usually wear a 9 or 9 1/2, the fit has plenty of room in the toe area with size 9.
