Bohuslän Big Band presents Up & Coming Jazz Talents 2019 Up & Coming is a yearly recurring project, in which selected young jazz musicians are invited to play with Bohuslän Big Band. The project aims at talent development and regeneration within jazz and was initiated in 2013 to highlight these creative and flourishing young talents. Several of the young musicians who have previously participated have either returned as guest artists or guest musicians in Bohuslän Big Band since then. The 2019 edition of this production resulted in two fantastic concerts at Vara Concert Hall and Nefertiti Jazz Club where the audience was given the opportunity to hear tomorrow's jazz stars perform self-selected songs together with Bohuslän Big Band.
