This type of silicone is soft, velvety to the touch and particularly comfortable, even for prolonged wear, and is certified for medical use.

With the menstrual cup you can do most regular activities without the stress of stains or the need to go to the bathroom frequently. The cup folds for insertion into the vagina (folding to the same diameter as a tampon) and collects, NOT absorbs, menstrual blood, which eliminates the unpleasant vaginal dryness that occurs when using traditional tampons. The medical silicone is biocompatible, have no chemicals in its composition, being safe for your body and the Planet. This book is well written. It filled out my knowledge of Ethiopia, which was mostly that it was isolated from neighbors and most empires. I had heard of biblical contacts, two Italian invasions, civil wars and famines. In this book I learned of contacts with ancient Rome, Byzantium, the Ottomans, and Arabs. Trade carried on the silk road, and by sea. There was influence of Judaism, Islam and competing Christian sects. The sequence of leaders were covered as well as how they came to power. Many conflicts are covered, insurrections and invasions. The Haile Selassie period is covered, as well as his downfall. Then the military period is covered, with communism and factionalism. Finally the recent period is covered,up to the present civil wars of 2022. I would recommend this compact book, for anyone planning a visit, or wanting background knowledge.

This book describes the trials each district has had to face to gain their freedom from Europe and what life was like in each district under the control of foreigners. When WWII started Africa found that not much had changed. However, as Africa gained its freedom and became self governing internal wars broke out between the different tribes. Well, you will have to read the book to find out how that turned out. This book covers all that and so much more. It all written in an easy to read and understand format that Captivating History is known for and as always they do a great job of explaining everything. This is a great book and recommend you giving it a read.
