A wide-range condenser microphone with a cardioid polar pattern, the U891RCb is equipped with local and remote switching options. Locally, the microphone’s touch-sensitive capacitive-type user switch can be set to three operating modes: touch-on/touch-off, press to talk, and press to mute. For enhanced control in conference and boardroom installations, the unit’s external contact closure capability allows a user to trigger an external device – a camera, for instance – from the microphone’s user switch. The phantom-powered mic is also equipped with an 80 Hz low-cut UniSteep® filter to reduce pickup of low-frequency ambient noise. Its two-state RGB LED status indicator can be controlled remotely. UniGuard® innovations offer unsurpassed immunity from radio frequency interference; additional interchangeable elements are available separately in hypercardioid and omnidirectional polar patterns; a unique PivotPoint® rotating connector changes the cable exit point – no tools required. The microphone’s heavy die-cast case and silicon foam bottom pads minimize coupling of surface vibration to the microphone, while threaded inserts on the bottom of the microphone allow it to be mounted with screws for increased security. Horribly ‘weird’ sweet flavor

Horrible taste - synthetic sweetness than destroys my shakes. I bought Thorne because of its high quality but this is one of their products that won’t work for me. I’m struggling through the jar because it’s too expensive to waste. Using cacao powder, cinnamon & cardamom to try to tone down the overwhelming ‘sweet.’

It's a thing...

I am probably the most skeptical person when it comes to supplements. I’ve tried so many over the years and honestly… most of them felt like a waste of money or just hype.
But I have to say—this combo has completely surprised me.
I’ve been consistently using Thorne protein and creatine, and within a few weeks I started noticing real changes. Not just how I feel, but how I look. My shoulders especially are looking more defined, and I feel stronger in my workouts without feeling jittery or weird like some products can make you feel.
What really stands out to me is how clean and simple it is. No bloating, no heavy feeling, no unnecessary extras—just something that actually supports what I’m already doing.
I also love that it fits easily into my routine. I take my creatine with my morning coffee (super easy habit), and I’ve been doing a protein shake after workouts which has helped a lot with recovery and keeping me on track nutritionally.
I’m currently in a calorie deficit getting ready for a trip, and this has honestly made it feel doable without feeling depleted.
If you’re someone like me who is hesitant about supplements, I’d say this is the first time I’ve actually felt like something made a noticeable difference.
