Engineered for mid to large excavators ranging from 25,000 to 68,000 lbs, this heavy-duty mulcher delivers exceptional performance in demanding environments such as right-of-way clearing, logging cleanup, land management, and wildfire defensible space creation.
Designed to process trees, brush, and vegetation up to 10 inches in diameter, the FX46 combines rugged construction with advanced cutting technology to provide reliable, high-performance mulching. Its 16-inch cutter drum and Quadco QUAD TOOTH® knife system provide aggressive cutting power while maintaining smooth, efficient operation.
Weighing 2,300 pounds, the FX46 Defender is built with durability in mind. Its hydraulic direct-drive system eliminates belts and tensioners, reducing maintenance and maximizing power transfer to the cutter drum.
