Designed to power movable, plug-connected equipment in fast-paced clinical settings, the Tripp Lite by Eaton Safe-IT UL 2930 Medical-Grade Power Strip delivers reliable, hospital-grade performance where it matters most. The PS-615-HGDG is purpose-built for patient care vicinities, providing six hospital-grade outlets with green dot NEMA 5-15R-HG sockets, antimicrobial housing, protective safety covers, and a 15-foot cord that lets you reach powering points across IV poles, crash carts, and mobile medical devices without compromising safety or accessibility. This power strip is engineered to help clinicians stay focused on patient care while maintaining strict electrical safety standards, reducing clutter, and improving workflow in crowded hospital environments. Whether you’re equipping a bedside cart, a nurse station, or a portable monitoring setup, this medical-grade power strip combines rugged build quality with features tailored to clinical demands, delivering dependable power and peace of mind for caregivers and patients alike.

  • Six hospital-grade outlets with green dot NEMA 5-15R-HG sockets: The PS-615-HGDG provides six dedicated power points designed for hospital-grade equipment. Each outlet features the green dot designation, signaling hospital-grade reliability and compatibility for use in patient-care areas. The compact six-outlet layout minimizes equipment crowding on mobile carts and IV poles while still delivering ample ports for essential devices such as pumps, monitors, and lighting. This arrangement supports a clean, organized workspace, reduces tangling of cords, and helps clinicians quickly locate and connect life-support and monitoring devices when time is critical.
  • Antimicrobial housing for safer clinical environments: Built with antimicrobial properties, this power strip helps reduce the spread of germs and bacteria on frequently touched surfaces in patient care vicinities. The antimicrobial materials are designed to withstand daily cleaning regimens common in hospitals and clinics, contributing to a safer, more hygienic equipment base without sacrificing durability or performance. In busy wards, where devices come into contact with multiple hands and surfaces, antimicrobial housing adds an extra layer of protection that complements rigorous infection-control protocols.
  • Durable safety covers and protection for outlets: Safety covers shield unused outlets against dust, moisture, and stray contact, preserving internal components and extending the unit’s lifespan in demanding environments. The protective design reduces the risk of accidental contact with live power when outlets are not in use and helps maintain electrical integrity during transport and daily handling in patient rooms, surgical suites, and emergency departments.
  • Long 15-foot cord and dual-ground design for flexible, safe placement: With a 15-foot cord, the PS-615-HGDG can reach power sources across busy hospital spaces, allowing you to position equipment exactly where it’s needed. The dual-ground construction adds an extra margin of safety for critical devices and helps prevent electrical faults when multiple devices are connected simultaneously. This combination supports safer use around IV poles, crash carts, and other mobile medical equipment, reducing the need for extension cords or temporary power solutions that can clutter the care area.
  • UL 2930 medical-grade certification and patient-care suitability: The unit is designed and certified for patient-care vicinities under UL 2930, reflecting compliance with medical-grade electrical safety requirements that address the unique risks found in clinical environments. This certification provides clinicians and procurement teams with confidence in the product’s reliability, electrical protection, and suitability for near-patient use, helping facilities meet accreditation standards and maintain a high level of caregiver support.

how to install Tripp Lite by Eaton Safe-IT UL 2930 Medical-Grade Power Strip for Patient Care Vicinity

  • Plan placement thoughtfully: Identify a location near the equipment that requires power, such as an IV pole, crash cart, or portable monitor station. Ensure accessibility to the 15-foot cord while avoiding high-traffic pathways or potential pinch points where cords could be damaged.
  • Power down and prepare: Before connecting devices, verify that the clinical area is prepared for electrical connection. If you’re mounting the strip as part of a cart or workspace, ensure the mounting surface is stable and rated to support added weight and cable management.
  • Connect to a suitable supply: Plug the PS-615-HGDG into a properly grounded hospital-grade receptacle that matches the unit’s dual-ground design. Avoid daisy-chaining or multi-outlet extension configurations to preserve safety and performance.
  • Organize connections: With the outlets ready, connect mobile devices such as infusion pumps, monitors, ventilator accessories, and lighting. Use cable ties or a clip system to keep cords tidy and off the floor, reducing trip hazards and cross-contamination risk.
  • Engage safety features and maintenance: Ensure safety covers are in place when outlets are not in use. Routinely inspect the antimicrobial housing and outlet covers for signs of wear, and clean per your facility’s infection-control protocol. Periodic functional checks help verify that all outlets remain accessible and operating correctly.
  • Documentation and compliance: Record serial numbers and model information as part of asset management. Maintain evidence of UL 2930 certification and any facility-specific approvals in your equipment log to support audits and safety reviews.

Cute Omegaverse story
Format: Kindle
3.75 stars and 2 for spice. Adorable Omegaverse story about a wedding planner who has to go to a small town to plan a wedding for a movie star. While there, she meets her pack. This covers her struggles of not living there but trying to keep her relationship going with her 3 Alphas. It's a quick read and cute, so I recommend it for people who like light-hearted RH stories.

real good
Format: Kindle
This was a solid read for the ABO universe. The characters are great. The smut scenes were well written. And the town is so cute I want to go there. It didn’t have much character development it just felt like I was getting to the characters as they were getting to know each other.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.
