Hey Lady💋™ is not responsible for your preparation expenses, such as airline tickets, extra accommodations, loss of work, or any other cost associated with preparing for your trip. We recommend booking travel insurance, along with refundable flights in case of cancellation.
Trip cancellation due to COVID-19:
A full CREDIT will be issued if the tour is canceled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions or full border closure. This CREDIT can be applied towards any of our future excursions. We strongly suggest purchasing your own travel insurance for added protections.

What airport and dates should I arrange my flights for?
Please make flight arrangements to ARRIVE in Rome (FCO) between 10 am and 1pm
the afternoon of
July 18, 2026 and to DEPART from Rome (FCO) on July 26, 2026 no later than 12pm.
Are there special airfares for participants?

What do I need to bring?
The majority of this trip is INCLUSIVE. Please thoroughly read the day-to-day itinerary for a detailed schedule of the entire experience.
We suggest ordering EUROS through your bank two weeks prior to departure.

Allianz Travel Insurance
The company offers a selection of 10 insurance plans to suit different traveler needs. Each plan comes with its own coverage limits and inclusions. The OneTrip Prime plan is a popular single-trip option, with trip cancellation coverage of up to $100,000, emergency medical coverage of up to $50,000, up to $1,000 in baggage loss, theft or damage, and up to $800 for travel delays, among other benefits.
Travelex Insurance Services
Travelex offers 2 main travel insurance plans: (1) Travel Basic, and (2) Travel Select. The more affordable plan is the company's Travel Basic plan, which covers 100% of the insured trip cost for cancellations and interruptions, plus up to $500 for trip delays. For a more comprehensive plan, consider the Travel Select plan for higher limits to emergency medical evacuation, repatriation coverage, emergency medical and dental coverage, and lost, damaged or stolen baggage and personal effects.
World Nomads Travel Insurance
The company's Standard Plan is an affordable plan that offers up to $2,500 in trip protection coverage. If you need more, consider the Explorer Plan for a higher premium — it covers up to $10,000 in trip protection. While both plans provide up to $100,000 in emergency medical coverage, the Explorer Plan offers more robust limits, including a $500,000 limit for emergency evacuation.

💋Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance

Terms and Conditions.
💋 All payments to Hey Lady💋™ are non-refundable and non-
transferable. This is because Hey Lady💋™ has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your experience.
💋 Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Please be sure your passport does not expire before January 28, 2027. If so, please renew your passport immediately. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
