We're all familiar with the cleansing effects of lemon water - but Lemon Essential oil has many more uses than pure detoxification. This uplifting oil can be used to relieve anxiety and is wonderful for alleviating depression and lifting low spirits.
It can also be used in a massage blend to stimulate circulation and detox our lymphatic system, helping to raise immunity and boost results of slimming and toning programs. Lemon essential oil is full of antioxidants, giving it excellent skin toning and brightening effects if used in skincare formulations.
Note: Avoid sun exposure 12 hrs after essential oil application.

USAGE
Diffuser: Add a few drops into your diffuser to scent & purify the air.
Steam Inhalation: Add about 5 drops of essential oil into a bowl of hot water, cover the head and bowl with a towel and breathe deeply for a minute. Good for detoxification. Repeat as needed.
Massage: Combine with a carrier oil and massage into affected areas. Eg. Onto hands and feet to boost circulation
