A beautifully designed and engineered oven that makes perfect, wood-fired pizzas every time. Cast iron heats quickly and retains the heat for longer, making it ideal for heating and cooking.
With a wood-fired pizza oven, you can attain higher temperatures (approx 500 to 700 degrees). This sharply cuts pizza cooking time. As a result, you can expect your pizza to cook in just two to five minutes in a wood-fired oven.
Wood-fired ovens boost food flavour. The enhanced flavour that wood-fired cooking offers is due to even heat distribution. In addition, cooking pizza with wood imparts a unique, smoky flavor that is impossible to replicate with a traditional home oven.

*MAINTENANCE: Regular use and exposure to the elements, may cause patina, rust, and colour fading. This is normal with outdoor products but to keep your oven looking fresh we recommend the following;
For everyday cleaning, the cast-iron surfaces can be wiped with a damp cloth or washed
with a mild solution of soft soap when the stove is cold. Preferably use demineralised
water, as ordinary water can leave limescale. The surface can, however, become slightly
oxidised and grey over time, but it can be revitalised with a spray paint for
outdoor use (UHT 600).
If the surface becomes heavily oxidised and rust patches form, it can be gently cleaned with fine sandpaper/emery paper. Make sure the surface is completely clean and dry before applying a new, thin layer of spray paint (UHT 600).
We always recommend the use of a rain cover for the protection of your oven when it is not being used. Before covering up your oven, always ensure that it is completely cooled off and dry. To preserve your outdoor products, we recommend storing them in a dry place (indoors) over the winter.
