A Residential Feasibility Study is an essential preliminary tool in the form of a professionally done evaluation of a Monolithic Dome home design.
A single Residential Feasibility Study purchase covers you for a maximum of 30 hours of design work.
Once completed, you'll have several detailed pages of conceptual design work including a floor plan with square footage, the Dome shell measurements and dimensions, as well as an early budget estimate to help you decide whether you are confident in moving forward or to postpone the project to do more preparation and planning.
This Study does not include construction plans. However, we discount 100% of the Feasibility cost from the costs of Construction Drawings and Engineering, making the study free for those who take the next step towards construction.
REQUIRED: A completed Word Picture description must be submitted before we can begin design work on a Residential Feasibility Study. You must also have the parcel of land selected you plan to build on when beginning a Feasibility— preferably owned or secured.
