Like any large-displacement diesel, the 6.7L generates an immense amount of heat and strain on the cooling system. Luckily, the Super Duty's radiator is robust enough to get the job done, but some of its supporting components aren't so robust, specifically the primary cooling system's degas tank.Like many manufacturers, Ford incorporates plastic into many of their engine components, including the degas tank. This plastic primary degas tank is strong when it's new, but with repeated heat cycles, it can become brittle and cause leaks. Dangerous.
Color: Purple
Died in about 2 days. Dogs chewed it to bits and then tried to swallow the pieces. Would not recommend for pet safety. I don't have big dogs, I have littler puppies (3 and 5 months) - would likely have died instantly with big chewers.

Great toy for med dogs. A small one might have a bit of a hard time with the size but med and large dogs will love it. Thick plastic so they can’t pierce it quickly.
