"The 2006 Nightmare Before Christmas festival was one of the most bodacious assemblages of raw human talent assembled on our planet since the First Continental Congress. But it wasn't all just guys and it wasn't all just proto-Americans, so that means it was far better than any other such gathering before and/or after. One of the crazier highlights of the weekend-long event was the set by Italy's insane fraternal duo, My Cat Is an Alien. Using guitars and various other kaboobs, the Opalio boys set Red's (aka Stage 2) on fire that Sunday night, blasting out zoned croaks, wobbly drones and the kind of blabbermouth logic you usually can't access without written permission from a doctor. There were many ecstatic musical yawps during that long-ago weekend, but MCIAA's set left a deep groove in my memory. And it's a stone pleasure to revisit it after lo, these many years. Two blurts of side-ling mystery, packed in Roberto Opalio's wonderful art, with a little liner note booklet that can only hint at what you may have missed. Thankfully, if you slap on the disc, close your eyes and sniff a can of beer while lying down, you can approximate the whirling thrill ride of the set itself. Fascinating journey …
Beautifully written piece about Jenna and Hayley’s finding love and the contentment of home. It’s interesting being a part of two women’s journey to each other. Actually, it’s a gift. The secondary characters were equally as strong and very relatable. I enthusiastically, heartily, and unequivocally recommend this and all of Cheyenne Blue’s works. Her writing style pulls you in and doesn’t release you until the epilogue. Even then, I will sit with this account of a beautiful relationship between two strong warriors and the community in which they live for some time. Thank you. Peace. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️💕🐾

An interesting story.
That plot has some interesting twist. I enjoyed reading the stoey. The characters were well developed and gun to watch develope. I look forward to more books by this author.

Another awesome read from Cheyenne Blue!
I loved this book! I wanted to read it as soon as I heard the premise. The idea of taking the chance to be tossed into who knows what setting, even with money involved, is an adventure I would never have the courage to do - but it makes for a fantastic and entertaining story. After winning a "life swap" competition, Hayley, a NYC short order cook and bar tender has to go to the Australian Outback as a jilleroo; talk about a fish out of water! She is mentored by Jenna, experienced ranch hand. The development of their relationship as well as Hayley's evolution as a jillaroo is so much fun to follow along. Add in a great cast of characters, some glitches in the whole life swap arrangement, the beautifully described setting and a hard earned happy ending, and you end up with another awesome read from Cheyenne!

I laughed, I cried and I swooned! can a story ask for more?
Cheyenne Blue has pulled together a most beautiful background for a delightful love story. The style of writing is skillfully crafted and lovingly brilliant, believable and drags emotions through the gamut of life. My heart is full and I am emotionally drained for the night! These characters are so fully realized and fit the austerity of the Australian Outback, the color and clarity is woven in every sense. Yes, I really loved this story.

Fact: You’ll go crackers for Switcheroo-Word
This story is chockablock full: life swap, fish out of water, Bronx to Queensland outback station life, and never-mind the dust, the heat or the flies. Just put on your Akubra cattleman hat, bring plenty of water with you, no need for all the modern trappings of life, and find your true heart’s desire and chosen family. Thank you Cheyenne Blue for this fantastic tale that focuses on what our heart truly needs to fulfilled.
