eZone EG70-2.5D double zones table top electric griddle with its robust stainless-steel design, 2.5kW independent power for each zone, and 700x350mm cooking area is designed for busy commercial catering and hospitality businesses. The griddle is ideal for producing large batch of variety of foods such as burgers, steak, sausages, chops, chicken breast, mushrooms, stir-fries vegetables, scallops, shrimps, pancakes, French toast, eggs, and bacon.
The griddle has two easy to use adjustable dials which allow precise temperature control for each zone independently between 50-300°C for excellent cooking results. The independent temperature control of each zone provides maximum cooking flexibility.
The built-in fat drainage channel and removable drip tray (drawer) makes it easy to keep debris and grease away from the food, helping to maintain the overall quality of your dishes. The drip tray is also necessary to collect waste from cleaning after cooking.
The griddle smooth stainless steel body ensures cleaning is easier and simplified. The griddle also features side splash guards which is very useful to keep areas around the griddle clean.
