Quality

Quality is the reason for PCT's success, because they control the manufacturing process, with this comes superior products. The design team continually advance the design of towbars and towing electrics allowing as little modification to the towing vehicle as possible.

Advanced Coating

PCT Towbar systems now have one of the most advanced coatings within the UK. The procedure first begins with a high intensity shot peening which cleans any substance from the raw material followed by an Iron phosphate pre-treatment then finally an e-coating which provides exceptional anti-corrosion protection.

The high performance coating was originally developed to meet stringent automotive anti-corrosion standards for vehicle under bodies, giving a salt spray life up to 1,000 hours; the technology is applied onto their Towbar systems.

The electrophoretic e-coat plant applies the paint finish to very tight coating tolerances. A unique feature is the use of High Edge paint to ensure uniform coverage around sharp corners and profile edges.

European Type Approved

Products are European Type Approved for your peace of mind and fit to the official vehicle manufacturer's mounting points. Products are only granted European Type Approval by a registered government engineer following an on-site fatigue test, ensuring structural compliance, longevity and safety.

Fantastic Foam and Spectacular Steamer
Best electric steamer/frother evvveerrrrr! I've had several froth/steamers over the years and this is the BEST one by far. It's compact, quiet, and makes thick gorgeous foam. My coffees, lattes, etc. now look like fancy five star restaurant quality works of art! I've become a mini barista as this makes my morning coffee routine an indulgence. You just dial to one of your four choices (thick foam, light foam, hot but no foam for say hot chocolate, and cold foam for iced drinks) and push and about two mins later, it's done. It's very compact and takes up almost no space on my kitchen counter. The blue base is also very pretty and the canister is easy to clean. Bonus is that you get two mixer pieces, the second one easily stores under the base. I use oat and almond milks primarily, and I get great results with thick foam! Love this little froth/steamer!!

Failed Shortly After Purchase and Required Too Much Effort to Resolve
This product was purchased as a holiday gift for my spouse. Out of the box the product made a load mechanical noise (similar to a baseball card in bicycle spokes) – but it produced a nice heated frothed milk. Less than 3 months after first using the frother, it completely stopped frothing. The heating unit continued to work but the spinning disk did not move. I contacted the seller and within 48 hours they requested a video of proof that the frother was no longer working. I provided the requested video 6 hours after receipt of seller's request. Since then, I have not received any communications, and my follow up emails receive NO RESPONSE. Amazon should consider pulling this product and seller from their website. UPDATE: After multiple follow-up contacts over a month's time, manufacturer eventually issued a full refund.
