Covered in black vinyl with a full-frame fabric grill, the cabinet is reinforced by classic metal silver strips, with a quick removal strap included. Six heavy duty parallel-connected 10” speakers pound out the bass. Rugged 15mm plywood construction provides stability while the extensive cross bracing technique produces a tighter low end. Tweeter attenuator, top handles, internal pocket casters, metal corners, heavy duty hardware, and two combination input jacks, which accept both Twist Lock and 1/4” phone plug, are also featured. It handles 1,200 watts of program power, making it the perfect partner for the F-1200B. Peavey designed transducer (speaker) to ensure that all drivers are producing symmetrical tone as if they were one large cone but with the desired mid frequency character that only smaller cones can produce. Nominal Impedance is 8 Ohms.
