The Adams Driveshaft Extreme Duty Series Rear 1310 CV Driveshaft (part number ASDLJ-1310CVR-S) is custom manufactured for the Jeep LJ Wrangler Unlimited — Non-Rubicon — rear position. Compatible with tires up to 37 inches tall. For tires larger than 37 inches, Adams Driveshaft recommends upgrading to their Extreme Duty 1350 Solid Series. Each driveshaft is built to order using a center-to-center measurement taken at ride height.

SYE Kit Required: A Slip Yoke Eliminator (SYE) kit must be installed on the transfer case for this driveshaft to work. If you have not yet installed an SYE kit, Adams Driveshaft carries compatible kits separately.

Extreme Duty vs. Heavy Duty: This Extreme Duty Series uses solid non-greasable U-joints — the strongest U-joints Adams Driveshaft offers. The Heavy Duty Series (ASDLJ-1310CVR-G) is also available. Both series use 2-1/2" × .095 DOM tubing and support tires up to 37 inches — the difference is in U-joint strength and torque capacity.

Construction: Built from 2-1/2" × .095 wall DOM seamless tubing with a long slip and solid non-greasable 1310 series U-joints. The strongest component castings available are used throughout. All components sourced exclusively from Spicer and Neapco — two American manufacturers. Finished in gloss black show quality paint.

Warranty: Lifetime warranty on welds and tubing if they break due to torque. No warranty if components break due to bad angles. U-joints and CV kit are wear items and must be greased every 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first — no warranty coverage without proper maintenance.
