Steeped in mysticism, we're first introduced to this piece by the Shadout Mapes who unsheathes the weapon before Lady Jessica. The exceptional sculpt for this blade was taken from a surviving prop that was purportedly salvaged from production after much of the set was left to the desert dune fields of Mexico. Taken from the crystal tooth of Shai'Hulud, a sandworm, the Fremen Crysknife was sacred to the desert warriors of Arrakis. Steeped in mysticism, we're first introduced to this piece by the Shadout Mapes who unsheathes the weapon before Lady Jessica.
The exceptional sculpt for this blade was taken from a surviving prop that was purportedly salvaged from production after much of the set was left to the desert dune fields of Mexico. Tim Arp, working from a 2nd gen pull of the blade, ultimately rebuilt the end-cap and blade itself. He later fashioned the sheath while referencing the surface (pocks, holes, texture) spacing and hallmarks of the aforementioned, Crysknife.

Durable and fun!

I’m impressed with this toy! My two puppies absolutely love it and it’s been a hit during playtime. What stands out the most is how durable it is. This toy has held up much longer than most of the others I’ve tried. Despite my puppies energetic play, it’s still in great shape! Plus, it’s the perfect size for them to carry around and chew on. Definitely a must-have for any Michigan fan with pups!
