Ohaus PX225D Semi-Micro balance combines essential weighing functionality with competitive performance, offering high accuracy and repeatability for applications in laboratory, industrial and education settings. Affordable and intuitively designed for intelligent operation.
Pioneer PX225D semi-micro balances feature an integrated grounding bar that removes static, further improving weighing results. A large backlit dual-line LCD display simplifies user operation with on-screen prompts and information. RS-232 and USB interface are standard allowing convenient communication with peripheral devices such as printers and PCs. Designed with durability in mind, Pioneer PX balances are constructed with a die-cast metal base, stainless steel weighing pan and an ABS plastic housing.

Communication Ports: Standard RS-232 and USB device ports allow for easy connectivity to printers and other peripherals, allowing convenient capture of results. OHAUS' free data collection tool (SPDC) provides a simple solution to import this data directly in formats such as Excel, Access, .txt, .csv, etc.

Internal Calibration: Allows the balance to be quickly calibrated and adjusted with the push of a button, thereby eliminating the expense and maintenance of separate calibration weights.
- Static Removal Bar: A static removal bar along the top of the draft shield provides a convenient grounding location, allowing the user to discharge any static charge that may have accumulated prior to handling samples and weighing. This helps compliance with good weighing practices while improving the stability and accuracy of results.
