Scott Papper is a Graduate Gemologist (GIA), Certified Master Appraiser (NAJA), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Registered Gemologist Appraiser (ISG), and Accredited Senior Gemologist (AGA), to name only a handful. Scott is a fourth generation gem and jewelry professional with experience as an independent appraiser, gemologist, jewelry buyer, pawnbroker, and expert witness. In addition to having performed appraisal services for both private clients and those within the trade, he has also been engaged as a subcontractor to assist with the valuation of jewelry and watches that have been confiscated by US government agencies, including the US Secret Service (USSS), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the US Coast Guard (USCG).
ABOUT THE ITEM
Jadeite is a wonderful gem that occurs naturally in the following colors: green, lavender, red, orange, yellow, brown, white, black, and gray. The most valuable color of jadeite is known as imperial jade, which is a semi-transparent, emerald green.
These stunning, vintage cufflinks feature beautiful Type A jadeite jade carvings mounted in 14 karat gold. They have hinged "bullet back" toggles, allowing for easy on-and-off. The reverse side of the cufflinks are pierced, allowing for light to pass through the jade, showing off their translucency. Stamped "14K".
Accompanied by GIA Jade Report # 5221993348, stating the Type A jadeite is natural with no indications of treatment.
Please Note: Cold solder is visible at one of the prongs, indicating prior repair.

Something's changed at Florsheim
Size: 11.5 Wide, Color: Black
I have a pair of size 11W Florsheim Palermo loafers that have lasted over 8 years and are still soft and exceptionally comfortable. Ordered a pair of 11W Florsheim Milano on Amazon but they are too small and have a cheap plastic sole. So, ordered 11.5W Florsheim Berkley and they were way too big. Returned them and ordered 11W Berkley instead and they were also too big ... and the Berkley also has a rubber sole instead of the original leather shown in the product photos. Guess they just don't make them like they used to.
