Is this Last Will and Testament DIY kit suitable for me?

There are circumstances in which one is not legally capable of completing a valid Will. Should any of the following be applicable to you, you should not complete your Will without obtaining independent legal advice:

• If you are under the age of 18 years.
• Should you suffer from a mental illness or be mentally unsound.
• If you are not permanently resident in England, Wales or Northern Ireland.

Additionally, there are circumstances in which the Will templates may not be suitable to your specific needs. Should any of the following be applicable to you, you should seek independent legal advice before completing your Will:

• If you have assets and/or property overseas.
• If you own your own business.
• If you wish to set up a trust in your Will.
