Out in the Storm, Katie Crutchfield's fourth album as Waxahatchee and her second release with Merge, is the blazing result of a woman reawakened. Her most autobiographical and honest album to date, Out in the Storm is a self-reflective anchor in the story of both her songwriting and her life. As Crutchfield prepared for the release of her Merge debut Ivy Tripp, she found herself depleted emotionally and professionally amidst the dissolution of a noxious relationship. "Ivy Tripp doesn't really have any resolution. It's a lot of beating around the bush, and superficially trying to see my life clearly, but just barely scratching the surface. Out in the Storm digs into what I was going through without blinking. It's a very honest record about a time in which I was not honest with myself." The album was tracked at Miner Street Recordings in Philadelphia with John Agnello, a producer, recording engineer, and mixer known for working with some of the most iconic musicians of the last 25 years, including Dinosaur Jr. And Sonic Youth. Agnello and Crutchfield worked together for most of December 2016, along with the band: sister Allison Crutchfield on keyboards and percussion, Katherine Simonetti on bass, and Ashley Arnwine on drums; Katie Harkin, touring guitarist with Sleater-Kinney, also contributed lead guitar. At Agnello's suggestion, the group recorded most of the music live to enhance their unity in a way that gives the album a fuller sound compared to past releases, resulting in one of Waxahatchee's most guitar-driven releases to date.

Good value for price

Update - returned due to lackluster battery power. It would vacuum on “regular”, and come back to recharge after less than a hour. It’s too bad, because otherwise it was great.
This is a pretty good system for the price, especially if you have primarily hardwoods/tile. It’s not great on carpet, and I really need a vacuum with more suction power. It will not remove enough pet hair from my low pile and washable rugs to make the investment worth it.
Battery does not last as long as other models I’ve tried. It returns to recharge many times for my 3000 sq ft.
I have a multi level house, with multiple thresh holds (home has many additions). I need a vacuum that can save 6 maps. This only saves 3 - which to be fair is typical in this price range. I don’t even know if there is a vacuum that can save 6?
WiFi was easy to connect. Not too noisy when running. Seems well-made. Just needs more suction for my needs. Overall this is a decent system for this price point. I need something more powerful so I’ll probably be upgrading.

Not slim

Update AGAIN! I have had it 7 months now and it started making a noise like it was stuck on something but theres nothing at all there. Contacted customer service and they said its the brush and lid, so they send a new one. Great. I get it and install it and it makes the noise still contacted customer service again and they said we can send a new brush and lid, i said i just received a new one and its still making that noise. Now they said we will get back to you soon but its been 5 days and nothing. I have contacted them again and still nothing
Update. I’ve had this for several months now and theres a few problems beside it being not thin enough to go under furniture. I dont like to set up ‘task’ because its not always convenient at the same time each day so i usually just open app and push start. The problem is that it doesnt do all the rooms even if i have chosen all the rooms it also doesnt self empty unless i go into the app and self empty it. It does sometimes but not always. Now customer service says that i have to set up task, but why?! We should be in control of the robot not the robot of us. Also, you can not send it to a specific spot it missed. If i move my robot over a spot to revacume, it loses its mind and wants to start remapping. I still like that it vacumes well(besides missing here and there) but i do regret getting it. Also it sucks on edges, so i sweep the edges to it vacumes more.
Will not keep them in mind for the futre.
Received today. Way easier set up to wifi than the coredy. Way quieter too. Its not slim and wont go under my sofas , that was disappointing. It needs at least a 4inch clearance 5 to be safe. Dont recall seeing that in description but i could be wrong . It also doesnt have a way to manually navigate it , either a control or a way from the app. I will try it out since i like the quietness and the sucking power.

Good quality for the price

NARWAL Freo S — Truly Hands-Free Cleaning!
I’ve been using the NARWAL Freo S Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo and I’m genuinely impressed. The 8000Pa suction is incredibly powerful — it picks up dust, crumbs, and even stubborn pet hair with no problem. The mopping function leaves my hard floors looking fresh and streak-free.
What I love most is how hands-free it is. The self-emptying base really works — I don’t have to think about it for weeks, and they claim up to 180 days! The LDS navigation is super accurate, and the obstacle avoidance means it never gets stuck.

Not a mop, vacuum only

This is really only a vacuum. It is not a mop, at best it could be considered a “dry mop” but that doesn’t really clean floors.
Good price, and it vacuums well enough. Doesn’t seem to get stuck nearly as much as my old Shark. I gave 3 stars because half of what the title says it can do is misleading/not true

Budget Vacuum Surprise

I wasn’t expecting much from a budget robot vacuum, but it really surprised me! I’ve owned a few high-end vacuums in the past, so I was skeptical about how this one would perform, especially given its price. But honestly, it handles my apartment like a pro. The suction power is great enough for my place. It picks up everything—pet hair, dust on both hardwood floors and the rug. The dock is simple to use, and the best part is I don’t have to worry about it too much. Just clean the mop pads every now and then, and that’s about it. The dustbin is large enough that I don’t have to empty it after every cleaning, which is a big time-saver. For someone like me, living alone with little time to clean, the Freo S is perfect. It gets the job done without the extra features of pricier models. If you want a reliable, budget-friendly vacuum, this is a great choice.
