Measure around the middle of the knee, standing straight up to find your measurement:
• small: 10-13”
• medium: 14-15”
• large: 16” +
You could fit into one size smaller for higher compression / support — just keep in mind that they will be tight, that’s how they are supposed to fit if you want a higher support. SIZE UP IF IN BETWEEN SIZES.
