You are completely unrestricted by the electrical cables of a regular table lamp, the opportunities are endlessly versatile.
The cordless lamp and Vanderhurd Delphine in Terracotta lampshade come as separate items allowing you to use the lamp with or without your chosen removable lampshade. You can choose from a small selection of my lampshades which are created to fit perfectly over the top of the lamp, adding a little bit of colour and pattern to the overall effect.

The lamp is made in from white painted die-cast aluminium.
The lamp is switched on and off by a touch button located on the top of the lamp. In the same way you can change the warmth of the light and it's strength (choosing between 2200, 2700 or 3000K) creating either a cosy, gentle lighting atmosphere or a stronger reading aid if need be.
The lamp also has an IP65 degree of protection which makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
A full charge takes 6-7 hours and the battery life is 12 hours. The lamp is very easy to charge, USB cable and charging base is included. If the top of the lamp has a flashing red LED light the charge is less than 20%, if it is a solid red charging is in progress and a permanent green LED means the lamp is fully charged.
Dimensions of lamp: Total height 27.5cm, base 7 x 7cm.
Dimensions of the removable lampshade: Top 4.8cm x bottom 8.7 x height 6.4cm.
Please note:
The lampshades are handmade in my studio and the cordless lamps are made by Poldina by Zafferano Italia.
As the lampshades for this collection have been created specifically for the cordless lamps they do not come with any internal fittings and as such are unlikely to fit with other table or wall lights.
Although the lamp is suitable for outdoor use (water resistant), my lampshades are not weather proof.
