The knives are beautiful, heavy, well balanced. I can vouch, that they are sharp AF, because I cut myself twice unpacking them 😂😂😂 No fault to the manufacturer; they were very well packed. I am just a klutz First time I used them, straight out of the box with only a soapy bath before, was on a tomato and cucumber. I only have the use of one arm, and usually have to get an adaptive cutting board to secure my fruit/veges before I can start cutting them. But these knives were so heavy and so sharp, I didn’t need to do that It cut through the tomato skin like water The hardwood block looks beautiful on my countertop These are beautiful knives on their own.
