When talking about the sheer quality of dance music coming out of Melbourne, it's often commented that there must be something in the water. And with their second EP on Nick Höppner's Touch From A Distance imprint, the Melbourne based duo, Donald's House, are doing everything they can to prove that statement right. Continuing on with their signature '90s house meets Paradise Garage (1978) era disco sound, the Rainbow Gelato EP is a homage to their love of sweet treats, and their mother's prowess with an ice cream machine. Starting off the EP is "Rainbow Gelato" -an M1 banger that'll get even the most discerning house head moving. Featuring an irresistibly groovy bassline, piano hooks that unite dancefloors with jiggling fingers, sax solos, and an almost obnoxiously long drum break down. "Rainbow Gelato" is beautifully familiar in it's sound pallet, yet completely original in it's composition. Slowing things down is "Cosmic Sorbet", an '80s boogie sounding track that tugs on emotional heartstrings with it's sax work, Rhodes chords, arpeggiated flutes, and tom rolls. Flipping over the record, you'll find "Pseudo Affogato" - a more hypnotic number with lush chords, euphoric noodles and a plucky bassline. To finish off the EP, the duo goes back to the dancefloor with "Piano Parfait". A punchy little weapon with dramatic chords, keyboard slides, and a horn section that's reminiscent of a Latin big band. By channelling their musicality and their love of the '80s tinged drums, Donald's House has delivered another quality EP, that's destined to get people's hips wiggling for quite some time to come.

I’m really happy with this tablet case. The material feels strong and durable, and it provides excellent protection against drops and bumps. The rugged design gives me peace of mind, especially if the tablet is used by kids.
I really like the built-in stand on the back. It’s very convenient for watching videos, doing homework, or video calls. The stand feels stable and doesn’t wobble.
The case fits well and all the buttons and camera openings are perfectly aligned. Overall, it’s a great protective case if you’re looking for something sturdy and functional.

If you know you know

It was a little difficult to get to open but I didn’t see there was a device other it to open the protector. It’s pretty light and easy to travel with. It’s has a good grip feel so it can’t just slide off your kids hands. You know how many times I had to look for one of these covers that’s not an expensive ottor man case or whatever it’s called. It works how it’s suppose to I suppose. Functions pretty well not gonna lie. So if you’re looking for something with the right price this is it. Perfect fit in the ya let and hands ease of installation was 8/10.
