The plate has been pre coated with Rabbit SFTPA1 antibody. SFTPA1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Rabbit SFTPA1 Antibody is added and binds to SFTPA1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated SFTPA1 antibody. After

The Rabbit (SP-A) Pulmonary Surfatcant-associated Protein A ELISA Kit measures Pulmonary Surfatcant-Associated Protein A in Rabbit samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Rabbit SFTPA1 antibody. SFTPA1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Rabbit SFTPA1 Antibody is added and binds to SFTPA1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated SFTPA1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Rabbit SFTPA1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Their definition of indestructible is different than mine, my pit bull had the ends of this toy chewed off and splintered in 2 days, I'm praying that I don't have to take her to the vet because she might have swallowed some of the material that it's made with. I believe that this is a dangerous product for a dog. I will be sending them back including the one that she chewed.
