OVERVIEW
SP2 is a 2-channel mixer with precise, warm and dynamic sound, thanks to thirty years of electronic experience in the field of CAR audio, HOME audio as well as PROFESSIONAL of Audio Solution, Completely analogic and made entirely with PTH components, wisely assembled on high quality 70um PCB.
Elegant brushed, anodized and laser engraved aluminum panels contains prestigious components such as ALPS RK27 BV potentiometers, capacitors Nichicon L-ESR, MUSE audiophile, ATE resistors, Vishay etc.
A pair of sides in precious CNC-machined wood and finished by the skilled hands of historic carpenters closes the chassis that taste vintage but in a technological way.
FEATURES
- Full analogue circuitry
- 24dB / Oct isolator with 310Hz-3100Hz crossover frequencies with "phase null" and "couple cap" circuitry, as in the previous ones models, because it is still the favorite. The standard boost is + 8dB to lengthen the attenuation area and so have more play in mixing, It is however possible to set it to + 12dB.
- Separate, totally linear power supply with selector for mains voltage (110-220Vac) and removable IEC-C14 socket to be able to use different cables in different countries.
- LINE / Phono switching for channels from the front panel with led display.
- HI-FI & high power headphone amplifier.
- Exclusive use of PTH components (NO smd).
- "Dual Way - Dual Path" power supply circuitry to improve audio performances.
- Low ESR 105 ° capacitors in the power bus.
- Nichicon MUSE capacitors in the audio path.
- Neutrik XLR & combo connectors.
- 1% metal film and carbon resistors.
- ALPS RK27 BV potentiometers for isolator and channel level.
- Anti-slip aluminum knobs with custom turned under knob in the "Official" version.

NOT TOO HARD TO INSTALL...
This CCV kit seems adequate.
People say that because the hoses supplied with these kits are more brittle than the genuine BMW parts, these are tough to install... But they're really not.
The ends on these hoses SWIVEL and you can sort of eyeball which way you need the fitting to be pointing BEFORE you put them on your manifold... They swivel, but they're tight and it takes a little force to turn them.
ALSO, a little dab of silicone gel or a spray of silicone out of the can, into the fittings on these makes a world of difference when clicking them on...
For the price, I highly recommend the kit.

Great value
I recently had to replace the starter on my 2001 325i E46 with about 150k miles. While I had the intake off, I figured it would be a good time to replace the CCV because I was unsure if it had ever been done. My old CCV literally fell apart as I removed it, so I'm glad I replaced it.
The new parts were a little tough to put together, but overall came together well enough. A lot can be forgiven for the price. I would recommend assembling the system before installing in your vehicle to get a good sense of how it all goes together and to hopefully loosen up the fittings just a tad before installation. 50skid on youtube has a great DIY for doing this job.
I only finished this job yesterday, but my car has been running great. I can't yet confirm, but this may have solved my running lean problem.

Cheap plastic parts -- good fit
They are what they are: Cheap plastic parts. They fit, but long-term durability will be a challenge. Probably will buy from FCP Euro going forward (and just did for a fuel line replacement).

Does not connect
First the hoses do not connect together causing all kinds of vacuum leaks. There is no rifling in the diaphragm so oil leaks back up. Cheap piece of plastic
