He would go on to be a much sought after record producer helping dominate the charts with many bands/artist as well as his own chart topping band Mastedon, which also featured former Kansas alumni Kerry Livgren on the album "3". Now John is releasing his solo album The Amazing Grace which is sure to please his diehard Kansas fans with tracks like "Won't Fade Away" and the first single "Stronger Now". It's no surprise that Johns' new album offers many different styles. Take “The Amazing Grace“ which is reminiscent of TOTO or THE BEATLES-like “Stronger Now“. An exciting album with numerous highlights, lots of depth musically and a pristine production. Check out “Time Machine“ or “We Will Be Fine“, too.
