A. of durable, weather resistant 4X quality buffalo felt, which has a unique, coarse texture. Fit for long days on the range, it features a 4 brim and a 4 cattleman crown finished with a grosgrain ribbon hatband and STETSON Buffalo

We took a handful of these classic cowboy hats, changed over the hatbands, added  mule-kicks front and back and aged them by about 5 years of hard livin'.

The Powder River 4X is handmade in the U.S.A. of durable, weather-resistant 4X quality buffalo felt, which has a unique, coarse texture. Fit for long days on the range, it features a 4” brim and a 4 ⅝” cattleman crown finished with a grosgrain ribbon hatband and STETSON Buffalo pin. A genuine leather sweatband, and full satin liner provide a secure and comfortable fit. Stetson calls the color mink, which is a dark, reddish brown.

Each hat is done by hand and due to the aging process may look a little different from the one shown here.
