Shelia Kinneer Robb is a retired operating room nurse, a mother of six, and both a grandmother and great-grandmother. Writing has become her new passion since retiring. Love On Line is her third book. She lives with her husband and cat in St. George, Utah, where she volunteers with the Dove organization, a shelter for battered women.
