It tastes of caramelized pineapple, tangy cherry, and even has an element of “cake” in the flavor profile. Underlying all of this deliciousness is the perfectly complementary base of medium-amber maple syrup. Even some pineapple doubters were won over when they tried it in our test kitchen and to put the metaphorical cherry on top, it is certified organic.
