The Package includes:

• Selection of Two Areas: Choose two key areas for detailed renderings and drawings (e.g., Front & Back of the home).
• Professional Renderings & Drawing: Receive high-quality renderings and professional drawing of the selected property areas.
• One Complimentary Revision: Make one set of changes after the initial renderings are delivered, ensuring the final product meets your vision.
• Custom Design Integration: If you already have a design, you can send us a photo with marked-up Sterling Lighting luminaire selections and placements. We'll create the rendering based on your specifications.

Quick Turnaround: Expect a 3-4 business day turnaround once all required materials are received.

Customer Requirements:

• High-Resolution Photos: Provide daytime photos in full sunlight for optimal results.
• Project Address: Needed for accurate rendering unless you provide editable DWG files.
• Editable DWG Files: If available, these streamline the process. If no drawings are available, just the project address will suffice.
• Editable 3D Files: If provided, we can build off these instead of creating new renderings.
• Company Logo: For branding on the final files.

Easy Submission Process: After purchasing this package, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on where to send your files and further information.

Digital Base Package: All drawings, renderings & products listed in the digital base package are digital items only, no physical goods will be produced or shipped. 

Shipped Base Package: After you give final approval on the diagramming and renderings our team produces, we will print and ship your designs to you. This includes (1) 24"x36" printed drawing on CAD paper and (2-3) 24"x16" printed renderings on satin paper shipped in a heavy-duty poster tube.
