All speakers are connected to a 200 watt internal amplifier that delivers all of the power you need to hear you music whether you are on land or water. The integrated Bluetooth receiver allows you to stream music directly from your smartphone or tablet or you can direct connect your device via an external 3.5mm input. Additionally, the unit includes a 3.5mm auxiliary output allowing you to integrate an external amplifier and subwoofer if desired or to go out to another MUD6SPBT for even greater sound coverage.
The unit features an all-weather design so you can rest assured that wherever you take it, your music can come with you. The universal mounting clamps can be used on the top, bottom, or back giving you multiple options for installation. The MTX MUD6SPBT is compact enough to fit on any vehicle but powerful enough to ensure you are heard wherever you go.

A dose is more than one pill so you need to take it throughout the day

I am a small person who eats plenty of vegetables but still sometimes struggles with constipation, I like to take fiber to ensure regularity. These supplements aren't my favorite. Psyllium Husk is supposed to the one of the best kinds of fiber but I find I need to take a lot of these pills for the same effect - a dose is 6-9 pills a day, spread out. Other brands I've been able to take 1 a day and that's enough but these I need 2-4.
The flavor is mild but noticeable, there is no aftertaste at all. The pills are capped in soft plastic and not too big so they're very easy to swallow. You get 500 in a bottle so definitely getting your money's worth.

I’ve been taking these NOW Psyllium Husk Capsules for a few weeks now, and they’ve been a reliable and gentle way to boost daily fiber intake. Each capsule is easy to swallow, and I like that they’re vegetable-based, non-GMO, and free of unnecessary additives. Unlike some fiber powders that can be gritty or hard to mix, the capsule form is super convenient—you just take them with a full glass of water, and there’s no taste or texture to deal with.
