Tiny dome clusters of white flowers bloom in spring and give way to blue black berries in fall. Flowers best with full sun and moist, lightly acidic well drained soils. The wood on Rieflers Heat has a rank odor but is heat tolerant, and drought tolerant once established. Foliage is evergreen
