Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Construction
Cooking vessel made of AISI 316 stainless steel (25-40/10 thickness) specifically designed for processing acidic products, with an AISI 304 stainless steel jacket and outer cover (12-15/10 thickness) and a self-supporting frame (30-40/10 thickness).
Electric Tilting Mechanism
Vessel features electric tilting on the front part for convenient emptying and cleaning, controlled via the touch screen or keyboard.
Insulated Lid with Double Cover
Insulated lid with a double cover in AISI 304 stainless steel (20/10 thickness), equipped with an ergonomic handle and balanced by gas springs for easy operation.
Efficient Indirect Heating System
Heating is achieved by armored INCOLOY-800 alloy elements, controlled by an electronic board that activates 4°F before the setpoint to prevent steam outlet and power waste, regulated by a pressure switch set at 8.7 PSI.
Precision Temperature Control
Temperature is precisely controlled by two probes (one for the product, one for the jacket) to ensure optimal cooking conditions.
Integrated 2-Arm Mixer
Equipped with a 2-arm mixing tool made of AISI 304 stainless steel, featuring 4 removable POM scrapers that can be easily installed or removed without tools, programmable from the control panel for speed, rotation times, and pause times, and can operate at minimum speed during tilting.
7" Resistive Touch Screen Control
Electronic control system features a multifunctional keyboard with a 7" resistive touch screen for clear messages, selection of 5 cooking modes (6 with optional cooling), manual/program cooking, multiphase program creation, and various settings.
HACCP Data & Software Management
Includes a USB connection for downloading HACCP data, updating software, and loading custom cooking programs.
Double-Jacket Cooling Capability
The kettle features a double-jacket with the capability for cooling, allowing for precise temperature management during various cooking stages.
Comprehensive Safety Features
Includes an emergency button, heating block for excess temperature (with manual resettable thermostat), heating block at minimum water level in cavity, double-jacket safety valve, heating interruption during vat tilting, and mixer operation at minimum speed with lid open.
IPX5 Protection Level
