The GoSports SpeedStix are designed for simulating contact drills in mixed martial arts and a variety of sports training drills.The heavy-duty padded guards feature a thick foam core to absorb impact during offensive and defensive drills. The SpeedStix are constructed from composite leather which is tear proof, sweat proof and water proof for maximum durability.
