• For Retinol Beginners: It's important to introduce Retinol gradually. Start with 2–3 uses per week for the first three weeks (preferably at night), then gradually progress to daily use as tolerated by your skin.
• Sun Protection: Always use sunscreen (SPF) in the morning, as Retinol can increase sun sensitivity.
• Temporary Effects: You may experience redness, a warm/tingling sensation, or flaking. These are normal, temporary signs that the formula is working. If discomfort persists, reduce use to once every other day until your skin adapts. If the effects are severe, discontinue use.
