It is simple to digest and is made with only organic ragi. No additional sugar, salt, artificial flavors, or preservatives. Sprouted Ragi has four times more calcium than cow’s milk.
Ingredients:
- Organic Ragi.
How to use:
- Take 1/3 cup of Sprouted Ragi Flour and make a thick paste with water.
- Add this to 2 cups of boiling milk of your choice and cook for 4-5 minutes
- Add any fruit puree to sweeten it and top it up with nuts and seeds powder to make it more nutrients dense

Favorite childhood book

The Rainbow Fish was my absolute favorite book when I was little, so I had to get it for my kids too. The sparkly scales are still just as magical as I remembered and honestly make the whole book feel special.
The story is sweet, the illustrations are beautiful, and it’s one of those classic children’s books that actually sticks with you growing up. Reading it now feels really nostalgic for me, and my kids love looking at all the shiny pages. Such a cute book to have in your collection.
