Next,Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution

The Porcine CNP (C-type Natriuretic Peptide) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Competitive-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Porcine CNP. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate micro ELISA plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Porcine CNP. Next,Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Porcine CNP in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

The Pet toothbrush from Jasper is the perfect toothbrush for tiny mouths. I have two cats one that is under 10 lbs and one that is 17 lbs. This toothbrush works best for both of them! There were not spills during the toothbrushing process. I definitely approved of this product and will continue to support this product in the future.
