Perhaps most remarkably, Peg Sloan didnÕt begin her writing career until her early fifties, following a busy first career spent raising six children. Today she lives in Wheaton, Illinois, with Barney Sloan, her husband (and archivist) of 66 years. In addition to their six children, Peg and Barney Sloan have 16 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren...and counting!
