High-Performance Open Burners
Four individual lift-off steel top grates with four 35,000 BTU/hr cast iron open burners controlled by infinite gas valves provide precise heat management for various cooking tasks.
Space Saver Oven
Conventional oven base with a 35,000 BTU burner and stainless steel lining. The oven interior measures 22-1/4" W x 14" H x 27-3/4" D and accommodates full-size sheet pans.
Removable Oven Interior
Oven sides and bottom are removable without tools for convenient cleaning and maintenance.
Chrome Plated Oven Racks
