Cách làm món súp chả cá Hàn Quốc

Bước 1:

– Củ cải trắng mua về rửa sạch, gọt vỏ, thái miếng vuông vừa miệng ăn.

– Hành lá rửa sạch, thái đoạn nhỏ 1 cm.

– Ớt chuông rửa sạch, bổ dọc, thái miếng dài.

Bước 2:

– Chuẩn bị một nồi nước sạch rồi bỏ củ cải, hành, ớt vào đun sôi. Khi nước sôi thì vặn nhỏ lửa trên bếp om thêm 5 - 10 phút.

Bước 3:

– Vớt củ cải và hành lá trong nồi ra ngoài đĩa trước sau đó cho thêm hạt nêm bò hoặc hạt nêm cá cơm, nước tương vào nồi nước dùng đang đun. Sau đó, thả xiên chả cá vào nồi rồi đun thêm 3 - 4 phút đến khi nước dùng sôi.

– Bỏ xiên chả cá ra một bát hoặc đĩa chũng rồi chan nước dùng lên trên bề mặt. Cuối cùng, bạn đã hoàn thành món chả cá xiên Hàn Quốc chuẩn vị rồi đấy. Chúc các bạn thành công.

I have a Doberman. She is a ball and toy destroyer. She is the most obsessive retriever I’ve ever had. Her retrieving urge, and indefatigability, puts my golden retriever to shame. They’re very heavy ball and bounce, so you have to be careful throwing it in the house cause you could hurt breakables. Whoever said that these feel like they came from the dollar tree must have been talking about something else. They are thick and sturdy balls. UPDATE: it has now been THREE MONTHS and our Doberman STILL has not destroyed these 2 balls. We play with them many times each day. WORTH EVERY PENNY ADDITIONAL UPDATE: it’s now been nine months. Took this photo this morning. We still have the balls and have since ordered two more. She chews on it multiple times every day. There’s a little hole in it now and it doesn’t squeak anymore but it’s 98% intact and still essentially indestructible. These balls are worth gold.
