Warranty Information & Usage Terms
- This seat tube battery is exclusively designed for Onemile Nomad Ebike models only.
- Warranty is void if used with other bike models or modified in any way.
- Only use with Onemile-approved chargers of the correct specifications.
- Charging with non-approved chargers will void the warranty.
- Battery warranty covers manufacturing defects for 2 years from purchase date.
- Proper storage (room temperature, dry environment) is required to maintain warranty coverage.
- Warranty does not cover capacity degradation from normal use over time.
- For safety reasons, never attempt to disassemble or modify the battery.
- Always use the battery within its specified temperature range (-10°C to 45°C).
- Contact support for proper disposal/recycling instructions at end of battery life.
