Use a soft measuring tape, or a length of string and a ruler to get your size. Make sure that you wrap the measuring tape around your wrist so that it makes contact with your skin all the way around.  Measure tightly and order ½ inch larger.

Just the DSM-5 tool I was looking for

I searched for a DSM-5 quick reference tool that I could use throughout my workday. This DSM-5 book by Medical Creations was just what I was looking for. Each psychiatric condition is listed in an easy-to-find and easy-to-read format. Diagnostic criteria are summarized in a bulleted format. I found the listed corresponding ICD-10 code especially useful when charting patient notes. I found the final chapter especially interesting, as I was unfamiliar with many of the covered conditions. Chapter 20 is titled "Cultural Diagnoses and Conditions for Further Study, Interviewing". This chapter includes disorders such as caffeine use disorder and internet gaming disorder. The book is lightweight and nicely fits into a white coat pocket. It is a great resource for both students who are just learning about psychiatric conditions and for experienced healthcare providers. I highly recommend!
