Blackmores Vitamin D3 1000IU is a high potency formula available in a convenient one a day dose to support healthy bones. Blackmores Vitamin D3 1000IU can assist in building and maintaining healthy bones and promotes the absorption of calcium and can help to support healthy muscles.

Vitamin D3 helps to build and maintain muscle strength in older people, which may reduce risk of falls. Ageing decreases the skins ability to produce Vitamin D.

Blackmores Vitamin D3 contains Vitamin D3, the form produced naturally in the body. This form is longer lasting and more effective at raising vitamin D blood levels than D2.

Active ingredients: 
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol 25mcg) 1000IU 

Other Ingredients (Excipients): Gelatin (bovine source), glycerol, iron oxide black, iron oxide red, lecithin, medium chain triglycerides, mixed (low-alpha type) tocopherols concentrate, purified water.

No added yeast, gluten, wheat, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial flavours or sweeteners.

Directions: 
Adults - Take 1 capsule per day.
Children under 12 years - Only as professionally prescribed. 

Contraindications and cautions: 

• Store below 30°C  in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. 
• Contains soy bean products and sulfites
• Not vegetarian/vegan friendly, as it contains bovine (beef) gelatin and lanolin.
• A small brown, easy to swallow, soft gel capsule.
