⚠️其实我们每次洗头都需要洗2遍。
就是洗了一遍Shampoo冲掉再洗一遍Shampoo。
👉第一遍的Shampoo只能洗掉表层的造型品，灰尘。。
👉第二遍的Shampoo才能洗掉汗水，油脂。。
⚠️怎样才能知道洗得干净与否？
👉洗出来的Shampoo是水水的，没有泡泡就是代表头皮头发比较油或肮脏（大致上洗第一遍时都会这样）
👉在洗第二遍时泡沫会变多，浓密～代表已经洗干净了！
备注：如果还是没有泡泡就需要再洗一遍。
#头皮头发达到洁净后，头皮头发保养品很快就会被吸收😘
⚠️護髮素 使用方法⚠️
👉洗好头发后，把头发上的水挤干；在不滴水的状况下将护发素均匀的涂抹在发中到发尾，頭髮弄順后就可以沖水。
⚠️注：如果在头发滴水的状况下涂抹；护发素就会随着水流掉（那就白放了😭）
👉放置3～5分钟就可以冲掉啦～
⚠️注：冲水时不需要冲得太干净，把白色的cream冲掉就可以了。头发还是要滑滑的，如果冲到头发变成涩涩的就代表护发素或发膜已经掉完了

Great set of sheets

The Amazon Basics lightweight bed sheets have been such a great buy for my boys’ bedrooms. They come in a wide variety of colors, which made it easy to match each room’s style — and the colors stay bold and vibrant even after multiple washes, which honestly surprised me.
