The vineyard covers now a surface of about 3 hectares of manually selected vines, with Syrah, Gamay, Chasselas, Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier grapes all grown organically. The Clos des Vaches cuvée is a 100% Syrah wine, offering a typical Rhône Syrah experience, with violet flower and dark fruits fragrances. Definitely more on the lighter and straight forward side of the spectrum, this wine offers a very pure and genuine tasting experience.
