Top Construction
Durable 16 gauge, 300 Series stainless steel top with four die-stamped openings, each measuring 11-7/8" x 19-7/8" to accommodate full-size food pans.
Heat Wells
Four individual 6-1/2 inches deep stainless steel liners, designed for dry operation only. Each well is fully insulated and includes a silicone bottom pad and a rope heating element for consistent warmth.
Advanced Touch Screen Controls
Standard intuitive touch screen control manages all wells, allowing for easy adjustment with LOW/MED/HIGH presets. Built-in WiFi and Bluetooth provide capabilities for future connectivity.
Robust Body Design
Features a stainless steel body with the operator's side open to a bottom shelf, while the customer side and ends are fully enclosed for a neat appearance. The bottom shelf is available in paint grip or stainless steel to match the body.
Recessed Dish Shelf
A convenient recessed stainless steel dish shelf is integrated into the design, providing additional space for plates and serving ware.
Mobile Casters
